Un film-scandalo, nello stile di Ferreri, che si fa metafora di una società giunta quasi al suo capolinea, per opulenza e sfinimento. Il cast comprende star internazionali, come Marcello Mastroianni e Michel Piccoli, insieme a Ugo Tognazzi e Philippe Noiret, in un insieme ben amalgamato e tragico.

This is a scandal-film, in the style of Ferreri, but also a metaphor for an opulent and exhausted society, almost at its end. The cast includes international stars, such as Marcello Mastroianni and Michel Piccoli, along with Ugo Tognazzi and Philippe Noiret, in a well-blended and tragic ensemble.
